| 摘 要： | 效率与公平是一个被人们普遍关注而未最终解决的问题.两者之间既相互依存、相互联系,又相互制约、相互矛盾.我们既要看到其间的联系,更要看到其间的矛盾,并结合我国当前实际,采取积极有效的措施,妥善处理其间矛盾,努力做到既促进公平的实现,又促使效率的提高.

| Abstract: | Efficiency and Justice is universally concerned but unsolvable contradiction. These two factors coexist and corelate, interact and contradictory to each other. Considering not only interigation but also contradiction positive measures associated with our present reality should be adopted to solve antaganistic contradiction with the intention of realization. |
