| 摘 要： | 文章认为,西部地区存在着诸多发展第三产业的有利因素,它们是:国家产业政策向第三产业倾斜;西部各省地方政府对第三产业高度重视;众多的消费群体使西部地区具有大力发展第三产业的市场空间;西部地区三次产业中第三产业比较优势系数都在1以上等。因此,西部地区应该充分利用这些有利因素大力发展第三产业。

| Abstract: | Many advantages exist in Western China in developing the tertiary industry. They are: favorable policies of the nation to the tertiary industry, recognition of the local governments, numerous consume groups and ready markets, the ascendant coefficient of the tertiary industry over other businesses. The paper points out that Western China should take these advantages to make a vigorous development of the tertiary industry. |
