促进农民工就业,推进城镇化战略

各级政府高度重视农民工就业工作,把转移农村劳动力作为就业工作的重点之一。虽然,对农村富余劳动力进城务工拆除了门槛,取消了种种不合理的限制,但与城镇下岗失业人员相比,农村富余劳动力进城务工在享受政策待遇上仍有不少差别。把符合条件的农业人口逐步转变为城市居民,不是简单地让农民工到城市打工,而是要让农民工融入整个城市,在劳动就业、工资待遇、子女教育、社会保障等方面享受与城镇居民相同的待遇。

Actively Promote the Employment of Migrant Workers,and Steadily Push Forward the Urbanization Strategy

Government at all levels should think highly of the employment of migrant workers, regarding transferring rural labor force as one focus of employment. Although a variety of unreasonable restriction has been canceled, compared to urban laid off workers, there still remains lots of differences between migrant workers and the citizens. The government should make efforts to gradually turn the agricultural population who meet the requirements into the city residents, not just to take migrant workers to work in the city. That means to integrate migrant workers into the city, to treat them as city residents in the aspects of employment, wages, children＇s education, social security etc.
