The Necessity of Public College's Administrative Transformation from Traditional Mode to Operating Mode

The public college is the main body in our country's higher education.The necessity for it to transform from traditional administration mode to operating adminitration mode is motivated by the following aspects.First,the changes of development environments such as the development of market economy,economy globalization,establishing creative nation make it difficult for the college's traditional administration mode to run.Second,the problem of sustainable development caused by the student's employment pressure,and over-burdened debt because of the enlargement challenges the traditional administration mode.Third,the tendency of reform and development in the college's operating administration in foreign countries encourages our country's college to reform its traditional administration mode.Fourth,the accumulation of the operating elements in public college facilitates the administrative transformation from traditional to operating.
