论抗日战争时期陕甘宁边区政府的社会环境治理

抗日战争时期陕甘宁边区的政权结构是在抗日战争这个特定的历史条件下形成发展的,具有一定的特殊性,同时也处于新民主主义革命和抗日战争的特殊环境,社会机构复杂,社会问题丛生,在社会文化、社会治安、社会生态等方面存在着诸多问题。陕甘宁边区政府面对极其复杂的国内外环境,采取了一系列的社会重建和治理措施,运用政治、经济、法律、行政和思想教育等多种手段对边区社会文化环境进行改造、社会治安环境加大整治以及社会生态环境加强保护等,改善了当时的社会环境,使得边区社会呈现出了旺盛的创造活力,成为抗战的坚强堡垒。
