发展政治学的学科地位与结构框架

发展是发展中国家普遍遇到的问题 ,发展中所遇到的带有普遍性的问题可以大致分为三类 :政治问题、社会问题和文化问题 ,其中政治问题显得较为重要。发展经济学、发展社会学等学科和理论均涉及了发展中的政治问题 ,但都显得不够 ,需要建立专门研究后发展国家现代化过程中的政治问题的学科 :发展政治学。发展政治学包括 8个方面的内容 ,并注意各个问题之间的联系。有关发展的政治研究分为两部分 ,理论研究和问题研究 ,又分为综合研究、比较研究和个案研究三类 ,发展政治学目前大体上处于“问题学”的水平

Politics of Development:Discipline & Structure

The common problems faced on developing countries in t he ir development towards modernization are three kinds: political, social and cult ural. The most important are political problems. The economics of development, e t al, all of them study the political problems in developing countries. The comm on disadvantages of these studies are too simple and few to explanation the func tion of politic in developing countries. We need a new discipline for studying t he political problems in developing countries. That is the politics of developme nt. It includes eight chapters. They are divided theoretical study and issue stu dy, synthesize study, comparative study and case study.
