Solutions to the problems of the protection of intellectual property and thinking of countermeasures

The protection of intellectual property is gaining much concern in many countries in the world. In China, we have achieved a lot in this area, but there are still many problems to be solved. This paper points out the problems existing in this area, analyzes the causes and at the same time offers some possible solutions as well as the thinking of countermeasures.
