| 摘 要： | 在构建社会主义和谐社会中,企业社会工作应具备的功能是:提供物质帮助,协助困难职工摆脱困境;给予心理支持,重建企业职工生活信心;协调内外关系,增强企业组织的凝聚力;维护合法权益,体现社会主义公平正义;预防问题产生,保障社会和谐均衡稳定;促进能力发展,实现社会工作持续创新。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of building up a harmonious society,the functions that industrial social work should have are as follows:to supply substance to help the employees in difficulty,to sustain the employees and employer's psychological care to regenerate their living confidence,coordinate all kinds of relationships to enhance organizational cohesions,stick up for the employees and employer's legal rights to embody socialist justice,to circumvent problems to ensure social stability to develop personal abilities of social werkers to make continuous innovations. |
