铅离子胁迫对小麦萌发的影响

摘    要:目的]研究了不同浓度铅离子胁迫对不同品种小麦种子萌发和生理特性的影响。方法]以宿70141、宿553和宿7078为供试小麦品种,通过播种和发芽试验研究了铅离子对小麦萌发的影响。结果]在同等浓度铅离子胁迫下,宿7078的发芽率和出苗率相对较高,且其根系最发达;宿7078和宿553比宿70141的叶绿素含量高,说明这2种小麦的光合性能比宿70141强;宿7078的脯氨酸含量最低;3个供试小麦品种中宿7078 M DA含量最低,表明宿7078对铅离子胁迫的抗性最强。结论]铅离子明显抑制小麦的萌发;宿7078的抗逆性最好。
