| Abstract: | L.163.com, the Luxury netshop from Netease, announced closing last year. This has ringed the bell for managers of luxury netshops. Net shopping on luxuries may not be successful even with strong Internet genes and matured B2C style. That’s because the target of luxury goods is not ordinary price-sensitive consumers but elite group at the top of the consumer pyramid who is sensitive to the value of quality service. |
