On Expanding the Guiding Capacity of Public Opinion in New Era

News propaganda is an important job which involves with the destiny of both our Party and country.In new era,the task of guiding the public opinion is difficult and complicated.Therefore,it is very essential to ensure the direction of the public opinion and rightly guide it.To continually increase the guiding ability and effectively guide the public opinion,the news propaganda must thoroughly control the right orientation of the public opinion and enlighten the people with the right opinion.The principles of controlling the media by the Party must be persisted so that the Party's will must be consistent with the expression of the people's aspirations,positive propaganda with the surveillance of the public opinion,and the main theme with the variety.Only by this can the social public opinions be guided with the right,strong and effective approaches.
