新时代突出国有企业基层党组织政治功能思考

基层党组织的核心职责是实现党的政治功能。党的十九大提出，要突出基层党组织的政治功能。在国有企业中，突出基层党组织政治功能是加强党的政治建设、推进全面从严治党的基本要求，是解决政治功能薄弱问题的现实需要，有助于加强党的领导、推动改革发展。进入新时代，国有企业基层党组织建设工作虽然取得了一系列的成绩，但仍然存在着一些薄弱环节，使得国有企业基层党组织政治功能不够突出。当前，国有企业基层党组织只有从思想认识上廓清突出政治功能的内涵和意义、从企业文化建设上构建文化支撑、从企业机制上做好保障、从具体实践上细化落实，才能有效突出国有企业基层党组织的政治功能。
