| 摘 要： | 深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育,是当今高等教育改革的重大课题.从考察素质教育的概念入手,通过深入分析时代特征对我国当前高等教育中素质教育的要求,引出对于如何实施素质教育的一些思考.以西南政法大学新闻学系的学生素质教育实践为例,进一步论证了实施素质教育对于培养创新人才的重要作用.

| Abstract: | It is a significant work of the higher educational reform to deepen the reform and to carry out the quality education on a full scale.From inspecting the term of quality education,the demands of the time to the quality education in our country's contemporary higher education are deeply analyzed,thus some thoughts on how to enforce quality education are put forward.A typical example of quality education practice to the students at the news department of Southwest University of Politics and Law is given to prove the importance of quality education in training creative professionals. |
