| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是同马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想一脉相承的科学理论体系,有着鲜明的伦理向度和丰富的伦理内涵。科学发展观的伦理构建,把"以人为本,执政为民"作为核心伦理价值,把"全面、协调、可持续及和谐发展"作为基础与前提条件,把"民主与法制"作为制度保证。
