On the Lack and Cultivation of Family Enterprise Interior Credibility Culture from the Perspective of System

The absence of interior credibility culture of enterprise is a bottleneck to restrict the development of family enterprise. Without institutional and contractual guarantee, credibility culture of enterprise is just with name only. The cultivating way based on the system view of the interior credibility culture of enterprise includes six points which are defining the property rights allocation, consummating corporate governance structure, perfecting incentive mechanism, establishing effective management system, establishing clear channel of information communication and effective contract mechanism.
