| Abstract: | As Japan's civil service system is quite mature,we can gain some enlightements from its relevant aspects,such as the civil servant's scope of responsibility,salary,paid vacation and assessment.Therefore,the author,on the basis of Japan's experience,puts forward some fresh ideas in the building of the institutional system in this respect. |
