摘    要:
员工满意度管理是现代企业管理的一项重要内容,加强员工满意度的管理,提高员工满意度是企业战略发展的需要。从员工满意度管理对我国企业的意义出发,分析了影响员工满意度的基本因素,探讨了企业提高员工满意度的途径。

Abstract:
The management of employee satisfaction is an important part of modern enterprise management. Strengthening the management of employee satisfaction to increase it is necessary for strategic development of enterprises. In this paper, beginning with a discussion on the significance of the management of employee satisfaction to China's enterprises, an analysis is made of the basic factors contributing to employee satisfaction. Then, an explorative discussion is made of the approaches to increasing employee satisfaction.
