大学优秀教师的心理特征

摘    要:运用质性研究方法对18名大学优秀教师进行深度访谈,对访谈资料进行初步编码、主题编码、特征确认等几个步骤的分析发现了大学优秀教师的心理特征。并对其心理特征进行分析,进一步发现大学优秀教师的心理特征主要由6个特征类别组成,分别为:敬业精神、教学能力、关爱学生、科研能力、人格魅力、学识素养,这6个特征类别代表了教师教学的动力系统、能力系统和性格特征三个方面。

Excellent University Teachers' Mental Characteristics

Abstract:Eighteen excellent university teachers were interviewed and content analysis was made of the interview data through several steps such as initial coding, subject coding and character confirming. The study found that the excellent university teachers' mental characteristics fell into 6 categories, namely professional dedication, teaching ability, care for students, research ability, charming personality and scholarly attainment. These categories embodied the dynamical system, the ability system and the character traits of teachers' instruction.
