| 摘 要： | 在大学组织文化显现出政治范式、经济范式等多元化的同时，也映射出保持大学品质的基本学术范式的式微，这成为影响现代大学制度建设的隐形障碍。重建大学组织文化的学术范式必须以学科文化为基点。明确学科的主体地位与学者的主体意识，构建良好的学科生境，系统培育学科文化。

| Abstract: | The emergence of the diversity in organizational culture at universities such as political paradigm and economic paradigm reflects weakening of the primary academic paradigm that guarantees the quality of the school. And actually this has become an invisible barrier to the construction of the modern university institu- tion. Reconstruction of the academic paradigm of the university organizational culture should be based on the disciplinary culture so that the leading position of disciplines and the awareness of a scholar as the subject can be established to create a good environment for the development of disciplinary culture. |
