| 摘 要： | 乌鲁木齐成为新疆的首府是从清代开始的。文章系统地论述了清代乌鲁木齐的建城历史过程。乌鲁木齐城建过程中历经屯田城堡、迪化汉城、巩宁满城（老满城），新满城、满汉二城合并最终形成乌鲁木齐城区。这种建城模式也凸现了乌鲁木齐城市功能的变化。

| Abstract: | Institute of Historical Studies, Xinjiang Academy of Social Sciences, Urumqi, 830011 Abstract： Urumqi became the capital of Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty. This paper describes the historical process of the urban construction of Urumqi in the Qing Dynasty： from troop stationing and reclamation, fort, Dihua Han Chinese city, Gongning Manchurian city, New Manchurian city,the merge of Manchurian city and Han Chinese city, to present Urumqi. This historical evolution highlights the changes of the urban functions of Urumqi. |
