摘    要:马克思主义作为意识形态长期以来保持政策理论特色,缺乏学术范式上的国际化和学术语境上的民间化形态,因而既不能与世界学术文化对话交流,走向国际化;也不能深入中国民间大众为老百姓喜闻乐见,走向民间化。因此,学术范式国际化和学术语境民间化是马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化的两个关键问题。

Abstract:Marxist theory as ideology has long maintained its policy characteristics, lacked a academic paradigm of the international and an academic context of the folk forms. Thus it cannot hold an academic and cultural dialogue with the world to be accepted internationally and can not go down deep into the Chinese Folk to be loved by the public. Therefore, the academic model for the international and academic context for the folk are the two key issues in localizing Marxism in China, keeping it up to the times, and popularizing it.
