理工专业来华留学生预科教育的实践与构想

摘    要:由于我国高等教育的国际化趋势呼唤预科教育,对外国留学生进行预科教育是国际通行的教育方式,所以,对来华留学生开展预科教育非常有必要。来华留学生在语言能力、专业基础知识与大学专业知识衔接、语言教学与专业知识教学时间安排、师资与教材等方面还普遍存在一些问题。要做好理工专业预科教育,必须强化汉语教学,坚持基础汉语和科技汉语相结合;浓缩专业基础知识,坚持基础知识与专业知识相结合;全面贯彻预科教育,坚持语言教学与专业知识教学相结合;实行弹性课程设计,坚持必修课与选修课相结合;组建预科师资队伍,坚持汉语教师与理工专业教师相结合。

Abstract:Internationalization of China's higher education calls for preparatory education,which is the established practice around the world in education of foreign students.So it is necessary to offer preparatory education to overseas students in China.Currently there are some common problems with foreign students and their education in China,such as incompetence of their Chinese,poor connection between their basic specialty knowledge and their university-level specialty knowledge,unreasonable time arrangement for language teaching and specialty teaching,and lack of teachers and textbooks.In order to offer effective preparatory education,we must strengthen Chinese teaching,combine basic Chinese and scientific Chinese,basic knowledge and specialty knowledge,language teaching and specialty teaching,as well as required courses and selective courses by adopting a flexible curriculum,form a teaching team for preparatory education and strengthen the cooperation between Chinese teachers and specialty teachers.
