周代人君的领导艺术——《诗经》燕饮诗研究之四

<诗经>燕饮诗生动地展现了周代人君的领导艺术:修身、尊贤、亲亲、敬大臣、体群臣、子庶民、柔远人、怀诸侯.其基本原则就是,以人为本,营建庞大的人力资源网络,依靠其合力来治理国家.此种领导艺术泽及后世,至今仍有借鉴意义.<诗经>所倡导的君臣观,正是孔子君臣观的来源.此种君臣观与韩非、董氏的君臣观有着本质区别.二者的分界,在中国政治思想史上具有重大意义.

The Administrative Artifice of the Emperors in Zhou Dynasty ——Fourth Study of Poems for Meal Parties in "The Book of Songs"

"The Book of Songs",with its poems for meal parties,reveals vividly the administrative artifice of the Zhou Emperors,which includes the perfection of the rulers themselves,respect of the worthy and of their high officials,of their love of their relatives,ordinary officials,of their people,of their faraway friends and of the kingdoms.The basic principle lies in humanism and in waking huge networks of human resources,the combination of which is the foundation management of the country.The positive effect of this kind of administrative artifice has remained active through the later generations up to present.It is the viewpoint on the relationship between the emperors and their officials which was proposed in "The Book of Songs" that served as the origin of that of Confucian,which was instinctively different from those proposed by Han Fei and Dong Zhongsu.This difference is of great significance in the history of Chinese politics and thinking.
