基于人力资本、技术进步的经济增长研究

人力资本、R&D与经济增长及开放经济条件下的技术流动所决定的内生技术经济增长机制将对经济增长率有着极大的促进作用。通过实证检验,我国人力资本与经济增长呈现负相关关系,这说明相对于庞大的人口规模而言,我国人力资本整体水平还是比较低的。此外,在人力资源的配置上存在许多现实问题,高级人才多集中于外资企业和政府机构,在分配结构上出现两极分化,而且存在较大的地区差异。因此,根据对中国经济长期增长路径和未来趋势的分析和判断,必须从提高教育水平、重视人力资本积累,增加科研投入、推进知识创新和技术进步等方面加强政策导向,推动未来中国经济持续增长。
