| 摘 要： | 协商民主是当代西方国家最重要的政治思潮之一。走过了半个多世纪的中国政治协商,对民主协商的理念和实践探索不断取得新进展。基于不同意识形态,不同社会背景的两种制度,在协商机制方面,出现了某种程度的趋同。中国的民主协商为人类民主政治的发展积累了珍贵的经验,也展现出协商机制发展的巨大空间和光明前景。因此,应该把协商民主的协商机制引入到人大民主中,并分别在人大代表选举、人大立法、人大审议重大问题作出重要决定、人大人事任免、人大代表工作等方面确立了与其相匹配的协商机制。
