| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的迅猛发展,知识和信息猛增,知识老化速度加快,更新周期急剧缩短,对编辑也有了更高的要求,有关编辑修养的话题也有了更新的内容。编辑的修养对做好编辑工作是至关重要的,编辑修养的提高是一个不断坚持学习的过程。从以下四个方面论述了编辑的基本修养和如何提高编辑修养:1政治修养;2道德修养;3文化修养;4文章鉴赏、批评的能力。

| Abstract: | With the scientific and technological development,editors are faced with the challenge due to the fast growth of knowledge and information,and the quick obsolescence and updating of knowledge.It is a vital and constant requirement for any editors to possess the high quality.Four approaches to construct the high quality have been discussed in the paper:1) political quality;2) ethical quality;3) cultural quality;4) literate and critical ability. |
