| 摘 要： | 原产美洲的南瓜在16世纪上半叶就引种到中国的东南沿海,经过半个多世纪的传播,直到16世纪晚期才在西北地区始有记载,之后在西北地区渐次推广.南瓜在西北地区的引种路径、时间,明、清、民国时期南瓜在西北地区的推广情况和南瓜推广的动因及影响需要进行梳理.

| Abstract: | Pumpkin which is originated in America was first introduced to the southeast coastal of China in the firsthalf of the 16th century. After more than half a century, pumpkin was not planted in northwest of China in this areauntil the late 16th Century. The time and the path of pumpkin＇s introduction in northwest of China, and its distribu-tion and spread from the period of Ming to Republic of China, as well as the motivation of pumpkin spread and it＇sinfluence in northwest of China need to be reviewed. |
