| 摘 要： | 华中局党校是中共中央华中局于1941年5月在苏北盐城创办的一所干部学校，在艰苦的抗战环境下，虽几经周折，几度迁址，仍克服困难，坚持办学，直至1944年冬完成历史使命。华中局3年多求真务实办党校的成功实践，在坚持党委办党校管党校建党校、突出抓好理论教育和党性教育、提高学员解决实际问题的能力、强化领导干部到党校讲课制度等方面，对于做好新时代党校工作也具有重要的指导意义和启迪作用。

| Abstract: | Central China Bureau Party School is a cadre school founded in Yancheng, northern Jiangsu, in May 1941. Even under the arduous anti-war environment, its founder overcame numerous difficulties and insisted on running the school, which then cultivated a large number of party, government and military cadres with both ability and political integrity. Three years of successful practice of running the school reflects the spirit of pragmatic and truth-seeking, which is of valuable reference for the work of party school in the new era. |
