| 摘 要： | 城市核心竞争力对于城市发展具有极其重要的作用。每个城市只有形成与众不同的核心竞争力,才能在竞争中脱颖而出。城市文化是城市在漫长的发展过程中逐步形成和发展起来的。通过制度的构建和合理的路径选择,对城市的可持续发展具有重要意义。
