| 摘 要： | 中国资本市场和经济增长关系的相关研究更多关注于股市扩张是有利于经济增长还是一个投机泡沫的结果,或者从银行角度对金融深化和发展与经济增长之间的关系进行单方面考察,却往往忽略三者之间关系的研究。实证分析中国股市、信贷市场和经济增长三者之间的关系,结果表明：中国股市和经济增长之间有很强的正相关作用,股市波动在一定程度上影响了中国经济的稳定增长,中国银行信贷增长对经济增长并没有表现出显著的促进作用,信贷市场和股市并没有表现出预计的在功能上相互补充的关系。
