| 摘 要： | 人类基因草图的完成和科学家的进一步研究 ,揭示了人与人在基因上的不同 ,因此人类的隐私也就到了基因的层面。为此 ,我国民事法律应明确基因信息属于隐私 ,并应该对基因隐私权进行严格的法律保护。

| Abstract: | With the completion of the picture of human gene and the scientist's further research on human gene, the difference anony human beings is revealed. Therefore, the human privacy has come into gene area. This essay shows that gene information as a kind of privacy should be clearly stipulated and the gene privacy right should be carefully protected by our civil law. |
