促进我国西部农业产业化龙头企业发展的政策分析与建议

针对我国西部农业产业化龙头企业在知识经济时代面临的观念挑战、管理挑战、科技挑战、人才挑战和资金挑战 ,主要对我国现行扶持农业产业化龙头企业发展的基础设施建设政策、税收政策和人才政策进行了透析 ,指出了政策缺陷 ,并提出了进一步完善扶持政策的建议。

A Policy Analysis and Suggestion to Promote the Development of Leading Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization of Western China

At a time of knowledge economy,the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in western China is facing many challenges in terms of idea,management,science and technology,talents and capitals.Based on this background,the ongoing policies to promote such leading enterprises in infrastructure construction,tax waive or reduction,talents introduction were discussed.With in this paper,some politic mistakes were point out and their improving measures were put forward in the meantime.
