| 摘 要： | 通过对文献的回顾，从人力资本的视角梳理人力资本的作用机理、差异化和协同性对产业结构升级路径选择的影响。研究表明，人力资本通过要素配置、功能发挥、供求作用、产业价值链环节和技术进步等方式作用于产业结构的路径选择；人力资本以及人力资本的结构对不同的产业升级路径存在着差异化影响；人力资本与产业结构的协同性或匹配度是影响产业结构升级的重要变量。

Path Selection on Industrial Upgrading from the Perspective of Human Capital:Literature Review on Mechanisms,Differentiation and Synergy |

| Abstract: | Based on literature review, this paper studies the impact of the mechanism, differentiation and synergistic of human capital on the path selection of industrial structure upgrading from the perspective of human capital. The researches of literature show that human capital acts on industrial structure in the path of transformation through element configuration, functional exertion,the role of supply and demand, industrial value chain and technological advances. Human capital and the structure of human capital have different inlfuences on upgrading paths for different industries. Synergistic or matching degree of human capital and the industrial structure is an important variable affecting the industrial structure upgrading. |
