新时期高等学校档案工作特点及发展思路

档案工作是高等学校一项重要的日常工作。随着高等教育事业的迅速发展和信息技术的广泛应用,新时期高校档案工作呈现出新的特点,档案的种类和数量成倍的增加,档案实体多元化、档案信息数字化的趋势日渐明显。同时,高校档案工作由于学校各项工作的挤压,也面临着地位的边缘化和受重视程度不够等诸多问题。文章针对当前高校档案工作中存在的问题提出了相应的发展思路。

The Current Universities' Files Management: Characteristics and Measures

The files management plays an important role in universities＇ routine work. With the rapid development of the higher education and the wide use of information technology, the universities＇ files management currently has the new characteristics, such as the increase in the files＇ types and quantities, the files＇ diversification and digitalization. However, the files management is under marginalization and negligence in some universities. On the basis of the investigation of the present situation of the universities＇ files management and the discussion of the existing problems, the paper has put forward some measures for the develop- ment of the universities＇ files management.
