智慧城市建设的思考与展望

随着我国城镇化进程的不断深入，智慧城市建设日渐升温。截止2012年6月，我国已有上百个城市和地区提出了智慧城市的建设理念和方案，“智慧城市”已经成为我国新一轮信息化建设中的热门词汇。各地智慧城市建设取得了一定的进展，同时也存在诸如重复建设、信息孤岛等种种问题。本文就智慧城市的定义、评价体系、架构、问题进行系统的研究探讨，为各地智慧城市的建设提供一些建议。

Smart City： Reflection and Prospection

Along with the rapid urbanization process in China, the concept of "smart city" is attracting people’s attention. More than a hundred cities in China have already announced their plans about "smart city" by June, 2012. "Smart city" has become one of the most popular catchphrases in China. But the concept and definition behind this simple word is not yet clear, and no consensus has been reached on the question of which way "smart city" should go. Based on the observations and practices of related area in recent years, we will present our understanding of "smart city". Then we will give some advices for the healthy development of"smart city"in China.
