摘    要:试验研究了兼氧/好氧膜生物反应器工艺对食品废水的处理效果,通过投加粉末活性炭以考察其对整个工艺的影响.结果表明,投加粉末活性炭的兼氧/好氧与膜生物反应器组合(A/O MBR)对食品废水表现出良好的净化效果,化学需氧量(COD)的平均去除率为96%,NH3-N的平均去除率为91%,对浊度的去除率基本达到100%.试验证明,投加粉末活性炭的A/O MBR,在去除NH3-N和COD方面均优于没有投加粉末活性炭的情况,且在一定程度上减轻了膜污染.

Abstract:The efficiency of treatment on food wastewater was studied by observing the process of anoxic/aerobic membrane bioreactor(A/O MBR),and the effect of whole process was investigated by adding powdered activated carbon(PAC) into the anoxic tank in the later stage of experiment.The following results were obtained: A/O MBR added with PAC has good performance in purifying food wastewater;the average COD removal efficiency is 96%;the average NH3N removal efficiency is 91%,and the turbidity removal efficiency is almost 100%.It is also proved that A/O MBR added with PAC is better than that without PAC in removing NH3-N and COD,and can reduce membrane pollution to a certain degree.
