| 摘 要： | 针对环境约束的企业效率评价中各输入输出指标分量可自由调整的特征,建立了从投入和产出两个角度同时评价企业效率的DEA综合评价模型.该模型不要求各分量以相同比例增大或减小,使投入与产出要素根据实际情况同时进行自由调整,实现决策单元的整体最优.证明了新的模型与通用的C2GS2模型具有相同的有效性和一些相关性质.
