| 摘 要： | 中国在21世纪的崛起已经成为国际社会广泛关注的最大热点之一。中国为什么能够崛起?中国是因和平而崛起,总体和平的国际环境提供了中国崛起极其有利的外部条件,中国也一直为争取一个和平建设的国际环境而不懈努力。中国是怎样崛起的?中国是以和平而崛起,中国在和平崛起的过程中,一贯奉行维护世界和平、促进共同发展的和平建设原则,体现了中国崛起有理有利的全新发展战略。中国的崛起将给世界带来什么?中国是为和平而崛起,和平发展谱写了促进世界发展事业的崭新篇章,中国的和平崛起必然激活世界经济"一盘棋",成为维护世界和平的一支重要而又坚实的力量。

| Abstract: | China's peaceful and fantastic spurt in 21st century is becoming a common concern in international community. Why can China spring up so rapidly? It is the peaceful international environment that offers China a favorable external factor, and meanwhile China has been endeavoring to create and win a peaceful constructive international environment. How can China rise so abruptly? In the process, China seeks to maintain world peace and promote common development as well as peaceful construction, which reflects China's fresh reasonable and favorable constructive notion. What will China's fantastic spurt bring about? Obviously, the rise will contribute to the world peace and the whole world economic development; therefore, China's rise is giving great impetus to maintaining world peace. |
