| 摘 要： | 随着新农村建设的推进,生态公正问题日益凸显。苏州市作为我国新农村建设的先导区,在创造实现生态公正成功经验的同时,也率先遭遇到了四个新问题,其原因在于非公经济的资本逻辑导致了"公地的悲剧"、功利主义的价值取向和行为、生态民主的缺失、生态环境宣传教育的弱化等。生态公正问题的解决,可以通过采取政府建立和完善相关法律法规和政策、农业自然资源流转中实行计划和市场相结合、完善和切实贯彻生态民主、建立和加强新农村建设中的防腐机制、加强生态环境道德的宣传教育等举措加以推进。公正问题的研究对我国新农村建设具有借鉴意义。
