“一带一路”倡议背景下中国高新技术产品对阿拉伯国家出口流量及潜力分析

"一带一路"倡议规划了中国向西开放的格局,地处"一带一路"西端交汇地带的阿拉伯国家成为中国天然和重要的合作伙伴。通过分析中国高新技术产品对阿拉伯国家的出口现状,发现出口结构不合理;采用引力模型,通过面板数据实证检验了影响中国高新技术产品对阿拉伯国家出口的不同因素,并从高新技术产品总量层面和大类层面上分别测算了中国对部分阿拉伯国家的出口潜力;根据实证检验结果提出了政策建议。

Analysis on Export Flow and Potential of Chinese High-tech Products to Arab Countries Under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

Belt and road strategy planned the pattern of China's opening to the west, Arab countries are located in the west intersection zone of "the one belt and one road", so they become the important partners of china naturally.By analyzing the structure of Chinese high-tech products export to Arab countries, it found that there are some problems in the structure.Then by using the gravity model, empirically tested the different factors which influenced Chinese high-tech products export to Arab countries with the panel data, this article estimated China's export trade potential between some Arab countries on the total and categories level of high-tech products.At last, some conclusions and suggestions are put forward according to the results of empirical test.
