摘    要:
由于游泳教学的复杂性决定了教师在教学中的特殊性,教学中,学生掌握知识和获取技能是在教师指导下进行的复杂认知活动,培养学习兴趣是推动这种复杂的认识活动的重要动力。学生学习兴趣的来源存在于教师在课堂上所表现出来的巨大热情和创造性,在教学中,教师巧设方法引导学生理解教材,学习知识,掌握教材,使教学平淡处起波澜,平坦处见突兀,使学生由此产生一种推动认识活动的内动力——学习兴趣。本文从教师掌握学生一些心理特点来创建生动活泼的教学环境等方面进行分析并提出建议,供同行参考。

Abstract:
Swimming teaching's complexity determines the teacher's particularity in teaching process.In the teaching the student can master the knowledge and gain skill by the complex cognition activity which is carried on under the teacher's instruction.Raising the studying interest is the main power of promoting this kind of complex cogntion activity.The students' interest is originated from the teachers' enormous enthusiasm and the creativity displayed in the classroom in the teaching,the teacher can devise methods...
