摘    要:人力资本的产权特性在企业激励理论中占有重要地位,笔者从产权与所有权的角度来定义人力资本产权,并据此来分析企业内人力资本的产权特性。从人力资本的产权特性出发,要克服其在使用过程中由于信息非对称的存在而引发的道德风险问题的有效激励方法应为股权激励。但企业内人力资本依据其“资本”属性可以划分为企业经理和技术人员等核心人力资本和企业普通员工等一般性人力资本,不同的人力资本其激励措施也有所不同。

Abstract:The characteristics of human capital's property right are very important in motivation theory.This paper defines the property right of human capital in the aspect of property right and ownership.Based on this,the paper analyzes the characteristics of human capital's property right.Owing to the characteristics of human capital's property right,stock-option incentive is the effective way to avoid moral risks,which are led by the unparallel information.However,because of different natures,the human capital in a firm has two categories:the core human property,like managers and technological workers,and common human property,like ordinary employees.Different human properties need different motivation methods.
