| 摘 要： | 在中国古代文化先哲中,孟子是林语堂最为敬服的人物之一。林语堂极力推崇孟子的"性善"说,赞赏孟子的"大丈夫"和浩然正气,欣赏孟子气势磅礴的文体,叹服于孟子重生活、爱老人、喜平淡等人生智慧。可以说,孟子是富有英、才、志气和功底深厚的文化思想大儒,林语堂的精神风骨多得益于孟子。 |

| Abstract: | In the ancient Chinese cultural sages Menciius is one Lin Yutang respects extremely. Lin Yutang utmost canonizes Mencius' theory of goodness of human nature, he admires Mencius' "the strong man" and the noble spirit, he enjoys Mencius' style of great momentum, he gasps admiration Mencius' the wisdom of life, such as attaching importance to life,loving elders, liking waterness. It could be said that Mencius is a great cultural thinking Confucian rich in wit, talent, spirit and deep foundation, Lin Yutang's spirit, strength of character are benefited from Mencius a great deal. |
