| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是我党在科学地分析了当前我国社会经济存在的诸多问题和矛盾后提出的,具有鲜明的时代特征,是建设小康社会的指导性方针。我们只有矢志不移地树立和落实科学发展观,才能解决当前的社会矛盾,营造一个和谐公平的美好社会。
