An Overview on Publication of Confucian Classics in Song Dynasty |

| Abstract: | The golden age of block printing was in the period of Song Dynasty; therefore, the engraving publication of Confucian classics and historical books have obtained the biggest development, which has simultaneously made a great contribution on the devel- opment of the block printing. The reason is mainly on the great attention of ruling class and adortion of the mass people besides the widely - used engraving technology and the prosperity of the economy and culture. |
