城市产业结构转型与可持续空间结构构建

在简评城市功能、产业结构与城市空间结构关系的基础上，系统阐述了城市产业结构转型改变城市空间结构的原理。从产业结构转型对空间需求的角度出发，提出了构建可持续空间结构的主要途径：坚持在动态发展的框架下构建城市空间结构，选择与产业结构转型趋势相适应的城市空间增长模式，利用交通设施建设引导城市空间结构演变。最后，以深圳市为例，论证了产业结构转型与可持续空间结构构建的关系。

Constituting Sustainable Spatial Structure Based on Transition of City Industrial Structure

Based on brief comment on the relationship among city function, industrial structure, and urban spatial structure, this paper dissertates the principles of industrial structure changing the urban spatial structure. From the viewpoint of spatial demand by transition of industrial structure, it puts forward the primary ways to constitute sustainable spatial structure, which include constituting urban spatial structure based on dynamic frame, choosing the correct spatial model according to the transition trend of industrial structure, and building the traffic structures to guide the developing of spatial structure. Taking Shenzhen as an example, it illustrates the relationship between transition of industrial structure and constituting sustainable spatial structure.
