| 摘 要： | 90年代以前,法院调解起着非常重要的作用,承担了大部分的解决纠纷的功能,但也由此而造成了一些问题,这是由多方面的原因造成的。然而随着改革开放的日渐成熟和市场经济的逐步发展,法院地位得到了空前的提高,法院调解却遭到了冷落与质疑。文章从几个方面进行分析,说明了我国法院调解前后地位变化反差的原因,并指明了法院调解改革的方向。
