| 摘 要： | 选题组稿是学报编辑工作中一个十分重要的环节,精心制定出选题组稿计划是学报编辑工作中的头等大事。要想办出高水平的学报,应当充分重视选题组稿的作用。学报编辑在选题组稿过程中应坚持和遵循政治导向性原则、创新性原则、前瞻性原则、特色性原则、信息性原则和选定作者原则。

| Abstract: | The Choice titles and matched articled is very important part in journal edition work.Elaborating design choice titles and matched articles is also key part in edition.If we could run high quality jourral,we should pay attertion to the role the work.Editor should insist on and abicle by political guilding prineiple,creation principle,forward looking principlt,characteristies prineiple,information principle and selecting anthors principle. |
