| Abstract: | In order to educate the broad masses of peasants to have "a sense of shame and conscientious improvements",we should consider both superficial phenomena and deep-rooted causes.With the legal system gradually perfected,we should both promote the endogeny of advanced rural culture and import external new and advanced culture so as to cultivate a new progressive rural cultural environment. |
