借鉴澳大利亚经验努力促使我国房地产市场软着陆

2008年全球性经济危机爆发以来，全球房地产市场受到较大影响。澳大利亚政府采取一系列措施，稳定本国房地产市场。如通过制定非常严格和规范的审批、建造程序防止房地产市场的爆炒；通过控制开发商取得购房款的速度，影响开发商开发周期，以控制房地产市场风险；实施宽松的移民政策，保障在经济萧条时房地产市场外来需求的补充；制定优惠的贷款政策，促进房地产发展；倡导国民制定合理的购房计划等。根据我国当前房地产市场的现状，借鉴澳大利亚房地产调控经验，努力促使我国房地产实现软着陆。
